  • Postnatal Reformer Pilates is designed to support your body’s recovery after pregnancy and childbirth through safe, intentional movement. Whether in a private session or small group setting, the focus is on gently restoring core and pelvic floor strength, addressing issues like abdominal separation (diastasis recti), back pain, and overall weakness. Sessions begin with foundational exercises and progress gradually, allowing your body to heal properly and rebuild strength from the inside out. With expert guidance and supportive equipment, this practice helps you reconnect to your body, improve posture, and regain confidence—one breath, one movement at a time. 

  • Rehabilitation and Recovery programs are designed to help you safely regain strength, mobility, and function after injury, surgery, or physical strain.
